Corporate Social Responsibility
The Hub is fortunate, thanks to the help of Stoke on Trent City Council, to be supported by many organisations. The following companies have given valuable time, resources and funding to support our work:
- Atkins Realis – fire risk assessments and decorating
- Jewson – bark for the garden
- Dulux Paints – donation of paint
- Churchill Pottery – tableware
- Keble Heath and Galliford Try – laid new paths and donated garden furniture
- Gallagher Insurance – provided staff volunteering days and funding
- Metro Rod – drain clearing
- Westland Environmental Safety – Asbestos survey
The Hub has enjoyed the support of the Coop for many years, both through the membership donation fund and surplus groceries.
The Hub has a long-standing partnership with Valentine Clays – Love Clay, which enables our members to participate in pottery work, both at The Hub and Valentine’s studio.
