During the past five years, The Hub Fenton has established strong links with the Coop in Christchurch Street.

The Coop Community Fund selected The Hub as one of the three charities to be supported in 2022-2023.  The staff are very helpful and many  customers are supportive with their 2% donations to the Community Fund.

Members of the Coop who buy own branded goods will have 2% of their purchase refunded to their membership card and 2% will donated to local charities.

The Hub benefits from the Food Share scheme, in which items not sold are set aside to support people in the community and for cookery classes for both adults and young people.

Donations to the Community Fund from customers at both Christchurch Street and Finstock, Blurton have resulted in a grant of £1561.85 for The Hub, which will go towards providing activities such as evening sessions for adults.  These will include Indian cookery, sewing, First Aid and flower arranging. 

Future funding that we receive will be used to increase the number of groups that we can support at The Hub.
